The X6 range of windsurfing booms from Neilpryde have been completely revamped for 2009 with a new 'traditional' gated over clamp rather than the sprung plastic of previous years. They have also introduced the tried and tested lever operated extension tube locking clips from their X9 range, easy to use, simple to adjust - we like! The X6 extension tube is full carbon which improves overall stiffness of the boom especially when near full length. They also feature reduced diameter arms for more comfort and control on the 135 and 145 sizes. Then standard diameter and an oversized tail end for optimum stiffness in all the other longer lengths.
