The 2009 Tushingham Rock new windsurfing sail builds on it's reputation for all-round wave ability. The Rock features 30mm double seams in all high stress areas, plus Tushingham’s unique PVC crash panel which adds to the Rock's high level of durability. Although very strong, the sail remains physically light, combining this with it's aerodynamic efficiency makes the Rock feel remarkably light in the hands. It’s what Ken Black calls his ‘Forget about it’ feel, so you can concentration 100% on the job in hand.
Two super small sizes extend the Rock’s appeal to include young rippers looking for durable sails.
All Rock sails feature the unique Tushingham elliptical crash panel in the centre of the window, which is essentially a flexible PVC panel that acts as a shock absorber during crashes and impacts, greatly reducing the point loading on the rest of the sail.
