2012 Rushwind Strike F

Sizes Available:

The Strike F windsurfing sail is for Freeride or Freerace use.
Easy to rig, the Rushwind looks low aspect, setting classically with a progressively loose leech, smooth batten rotation and a fair amount of pre-shape. Comes with a tack strap, which must be tightened to keep fullness in the bottom of the sail.
The Strike F develops plentiful, smooth power early and can also be pumped easily and effectively onto the plane. Once up to speed the sail continues to feels solid and dependable with power delivery easy to channel for great freeride blasting.
The drive comes from low and behind the rider, encouraging a comfortable freeride stance. The sail works well through gusts and lulls, power delivery remaining smooth and enabling the rider to plane through lulls, or accelerate. As the wind picks up it demonstrates a superb natural range, the leech working well with the drive remaining constant and smooth.

Windsurf Magazine - 14/08/2009 5 of 5!
Our verdict... the Strike F windsurfing sail has superbly dependable freeride performance over an impressive natural range, especially at the bottom end, good handling in transitions and a user friendly nature. Not much to fault, but sailors looking for a more efficient top end sail for freeride / freerace performance might find the Strike F not to their taste.
