The 2010 Starboard GO AST (Tufskin) windsurfing board with the option to include a board bag at a discounted price of just £30 is for freeride use.
The original concepts for the GO range of boards which have made it such a success over the last decade remain in the 2010 incarnation, a great shape, full EVA deck and multiple footstrap positions for all levels of sailor. The GO has a wide and very stable shape suitable for advanced beginners or the improving windsurfer. In the larger sizes the board has an additional centre fin for added stability and directional control, this fin can be removed and blanked off when not required. This said the board shape is still able to offer a more exhilarating ride in more demanding conditions for advanced sailors.
GO 144, 133: a great blend between stability and maneuverability, stable enough for more confident progressing windsurfers, also offers a more exciting ride in higher winds, there are three footstrap positions available for intermediate, advanced and expert sailors
GO 122: the performance orientated freeride machines in the range, fast and fun, early planing performance, wide wind range, multiple footstrap options allow the board to be tuned for easy planing or maximum performance
These boards are only available in Starboard's AST Tufskin construction. The GO's outer layer is made from layers of 3-dimensional 400g glass mat wetted out with an expanding epoxy resin system which creates a thick, durable and tough skin. A half-deck 0.6mm thick wood layer covers the deck to improve the board's rigidity and impact resistance.
