The Travel Vario windsurfing harness lines from Neilpryde are adjustable from 20" to 26" using high quality plastic buckles and hooped straps. The straps have small piece of stiff plastic tubing to aid use. Being the Travel Vario lines these can be attached and removed from the boom without the need to take out the backend. The lines use a good quality rope with a thick clear outer plastic tubing. The lines are attached using Neil Pryde's velcro straps and take up little space on the boom.
