| How much is delivery? |
|
Delivery is charged by the weight of the contents in your cart, as a
general rule the following applies:
Smaller items (harness lines etc.) £2.95
Medium items (harnesses, boardbags etc.) £5.95
Large items (masts, sails, booms etc.) £9.95
Extra large items (boards, kayaks etc.) £19.95
Shipping to the Highlands and UK offshore may cost extra on certain
products, please call us on 01543 505084 or mail
us for a quote.

| When will my item be delivered? |
|
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt however
please allow 7 working days for delivery. Parcel deliveries will be sent
on a 48 hour courier, smaller orders by Royal Mail recorded service. We
will to inform you ASAP of any problems with your order should they occur.

we will do what we can (a extra charge may be applicable for next day
delivery)

| Do I need to sign for my delivery? |
Yes, someone will need to sign for the delivery
so please supply a suitable delivery address.

| Do you ship outsde of the UK? |
We can ship worldwide, this can be
done online however you need to call us on (0044) 1543 505084 or mail
us for a shipping quote before ordering.

| What is your returns policy? |
| You have a right to cancel your order for goods from
the date of the contract and up to 14 working days, starting from the day
after you receive the goods. The goods must then be returned to us at your
cost in their original packaging and in good condition. We will return your
money within 30 days of receipt of cancellation. If you do not return the
goods as requested and we collect the goods from you we can make a reasonable
deduction from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods.
In the event that the items we despatched were heavy/large, we would need
to charge for the original delivery of the order to you. We do not refund
any delivery charge charged when you ordered.
You lose the right to cancel a goods contract if:
The goods have been opened in a way that they cannot be resold to another
customer
