The Volar Club shares all the same shape details as the Volar Carbon and Volar Carbon Club but in a more affordable and rugged build, ideal for schools, centers and families. The Volar Club has a wood sandwich construction combined with multiple layers of unidirec-tional and biaxial glass on the deck and bottom. In addition, a high-grade epoxy resin creates an impact resistant outer skin. This combination means the Volar Club can take heavy beatings over an extended period of time, for example in school or rental scenarios. An integrated nose protector is built into the layup and also comes with our EVA nose protector already installed
A new simplified insert layout that is easier and more adaptable as the rider progresses. The Volar Club has an increased range on the front footstraps allowing you to go from a more inboard position in the early stages to a more outboard position as you progress. All Volar constructions also have a single back footstrap option giving you the most range and versatility possible. Moving away from vinyl stickers for graphical elements, incorporating our in house designed Quatro mast track adds up to over 1kg of weight savings which has al-lowed us to add extra layers of fiberglass for enhanced durability.
