Boardwise.co.uk uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and banking details. Any sensitive information like your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure servers we use.

 

Your Order

Need to change your order? No worries

 

If you want to edit or cancel your order just get in touch with us right away and we will do our best to make any changes or cancel it. If your order has been processed and shipped, it's too late and we can no longer edit or cancel it.

 

Faulty goods sometimes slip through

 

We do our best to check that your product is in perfect condition before it leaves us. Sometimes things can slip through that are unnoticeable until use. In these rare cases simply contact us with your order number, an explanation of the fault and, if need be, a couple of pictures. We may then ask that you return the item to us for inspection as per the manufacturers request. Don't worry though, we will keep you in the loop the whole time and do our best to get you back riding as quick as possible.

 

Still waiting on your order?

 

If your order has not arrived and you fear it has been delayed or lost in the post, contact us immediately and we will look into it for you and chase up the courier. If there are any issues we will let you know straight away.

 

We dropped the ball and your order was incorrect

 

Like you, we spend most days dreaming of being in the surf, on the slopes or down at the skate park. On very rare occasions we get so lost in those dreams that there may be a discrepancy in your order. If your order is not complete, there is an incorrect item or you even got an extra item sent to you, get in touch with us ASAP and we will get it sorted. If it is indeed a mistake on our part we will rectify it at no extra cost to you. 

 

Payment 

Which card to use?

 

We accept pretty much all card payment types including Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards. Not only that you can also pay direct with PayPal. 

 

What's the deal with tax?

 

All our prices are inclusive of VAT.  

 

Shipping 

Although we are in the UK you can order from wherever you are

 

We offer delivery to pretty much every country in the world with a few exceptions. Simply search for your country during checkout and you should find it there. If you cannot or are unsure, just drop us a line and we will do our best to help out.

Bank Holiday time again!

 

Bank Holidays in the UK are non-working days so allow for one extra day for your package to arrive. 

 

Returns

You need to return your item

 

If there is an issue with your item please contact us before returning the item. We may be able to save you the hassle and deal with the problem there and then. If we do indeed need the item to be sent back please use a tracked service. If the item is faulty or the reason for return is due to an error on our part you will be refunded the postage costs. If the return is for any other reason you will be responsible for the return cost.

 

What's the deal with your refund?

 

If we have e-mailed you to say we have issued a refund, it may take up to 5 working days for this to reach you depending on your bank.

 

Product Questions 

Nightmare! My product is sold out!

 

If a specific size or colour of an item is sold out you will not be able to order it on our site. However, feel free to contact us either on +44 131 229 5887 or via our contact page and we can let you know if the product will be back in stock any time soon or if we can potentially special order it for you.
