This windusrfing sail repair tape is a clear self adhesive 80 micron vinyl material and is 30cm deep x any length you require.
To affect a repair it is best to ensure that there are no loose / jagged edges of monofilm. Clean the area to be fixed with soapy water and dry. For small holes cut the repair tape into 'oversize' circles and apply to both sides. For large rips, clean as above, then use the soapy water to 'wet' the area of the sail being repaired and place tape roughly in position. You can now position accurately and using a plastic scraper squeeze out the excess water and mop up. The soapy water activates the adhesive and squeezing the water out removes all bubbles. Apply in the same manner to the opposite side.
