How to Use:
Clean and dry the neoprene surfaces to be bonded.
Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to both surfaces.
Allow the adhesive to dry until tacky.
Apply a second thin layer to both surfaces and allow to become tacky.
Align carefully and press together firmly.
Initial cure is 10 minutes. Allow 24 hours for full cure.
